How your access to BeoFit works

1. Select a subscription & create an account
In the first step, select your desired subscription (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly). Then, register using the registration form. After registration, confirm your email address, and in the final step, pay conveniently online.

2. Pay & receive QR code
Pay conveniently with Twint, PostFinance or credit card.
After your purchase, you will find your personal QR code directly in the login area – this is your digital door opener at the entrance.

3. Check in & train
Simply hold your QR code up to the entrance scanner – and you’re in!

BeoFit house rules

It is important to us to offer you the best possible training quality – in an environment characterized by mutual respect and consideration.

 

Most important rules

  1. Access only with valid membership and QR code via the app.

  2. Admission is from 16 years of age. Children aged 14 and over must be accompanied by an adult and provide written responsibility.

  3. Every member is required to upload their ID/passport to the MyGymApp.

  4. Please pay attention to hygiene (fresh & clean for training).

  5. Only train with clean training shoes (no street shoes).

  6. Always train with a sports towel.

  7. Do not block any devices – only one device may be used at a time.

  8. Clean equipment after use and store it properly.

  9. Please do not drop dumbbells (out of consideration for your neighbors).

  10. No photos/videos of other people in the gym.

 

Further rules

  • Smoking, alcohol, drugs or doping substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Eating in the training area is not permitted.

  • Store valuables in the locker at your own risk.

  • Lockers may not be permanently occupied and must be emptied after each training session.

  • Fixed lockers can be rented in the shop for CHF 108 per year (keys can only be sold annually).

  • The instructions of the staff must be followed.

  • In the event of serious violations of the house rules, a ban from the premises may be issued – without any right to reimbursement.

Would you like to get a refund from your health insurance provider for your BeoFit subscription? No problem! We make it easy for you.

How it works:

  1. Open beofit.mygymapp.ch
    Log in with your access data and go to “Contracts” → “Health Insurance” in the menu.

  2. Download the confirmation
    There you will find your personal Qualitop confirmation including subscription details and price.
    You can download this directly as a PDF – ready for your health insurance company.

  3. Download form (optional)
    If your health insurance provider requires a separate form, you can find it here on the website at beofit.ch to fill out and print.


Our fitness center is Qualitop-certified, meaning your membership is supported by many health insurance companies.

Tip: It is best to submit the documents to your health insurance provider immediately after the subscription begins.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Beo-Fit GmbH

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relationships in connection with the use of the training facilities and equipment of BeoFit GmbH.

2. Membership

  • Access is generally only possible from the age of 16.

  • Young people aged 14 and over may only train if accompanied by an adult. This adult must provide written confirmation that they accept responsibility.

  • Every member is required to upload their valid ID card or passport to the MyGymApp.

  • Membership entitles you to use the training facilities during official opening hours.

  • All subscriptions must be paid exclusively online in advance via beofit.mygymapp.ch .

  • No invoices will be issued.

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable.

  • Membership does not renew automatically.

3. Conclusion of contract

  • The contract conclusion or extension takes place exclusively online via beofit.mygymapp.ch .

  • Additional services must be paid separately and also online.

4. Liability

  • Training is at your own risk.

  • BeoFit GmbH excludes all liability – to the extent permitted by law.

  • Each member is liable for any damage caused by him.

5. Data protection

  • By registering, the member accepts the privacy policy of BeoFit GmbH, which can be viewed at www.beofit.ch .

  • Our gym is video monitored for security reasons.

6. Final provisions

  • Changes to the Terms and Conditions can be made at any time and can be viewed at www.beofit.ch .

  • The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of BeoFit GmbH. Swiss law applies exclusively.
